Incorrect Parts

Please open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you believe it contains an incorrect part, call us immediately. If a part is incorrect and you notify us within 10 days and return the part unused in its original factory condition per our instructions together with a copy of the original invoice, we'll ship you the correct part by the same method as your original order. Freight both ways will be paid for by Diversified Fall Protection.

Special Orders

Special and custom painted orders are non-returnable.

Other Returns

Other orders may be returned within 30 days for credit, refund or exchange subject to the following:

  • You must first call us and get a Return Authorization number
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied
  • You must prepay the return freight
  • The Return Authorization Number must be on the address label
  • Individual parts from a kit may not be returned
  • You must return a copy of the original invoice
  • Returned items must be unused in their original factory condition

Exchanges

New parts will not be shipped in exchange for returned parts until after we verify compliance with our return policy and you have paid the difference in the full retail price of the exchanged items. If the new parts are less than those returned, you will be issued a credit for the difference.

If you want to receive new parts before the returned parts can be processed, we require settled payment for:

  • The full retail price of the new parts
  • The applicable freight
  • A $25 exchange fee
