Shipping Information

Time

Most orders are shipped within two (2) business days. Items ordered with custom color finishes require an estimated 2 additional weeks for processing and preparation before shipment. Our order processing hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm EST.  Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping transit typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on distance from our Westlake, Ohio facility and the shipping method chosen.

Custom Color Products

Items ordered with custom color finishes require an estimated 2 additional weeks for processing and preparation before shipment. Factory will contact you with delivery details.

Method

We generally ship via United Parcel Service Freight (UPS). UPS will not ship to a post office box or APO address.

Backorders

If items are out of stock when you place your order, they will be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as available, unless you specify otherwise.

Unattended Package Risk

Unless you request otherwise, all orders valued over $500 are shipped via UPS LTL "signature required." If you would prefer to use your own shipping carrier, please call to place your order and tell your salesperson when you place your order.

Shipping Damage

All shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier. Should you identify any damage due to shipping, immediately notify the driver and call us with the invoice number.  As part of our customer service we will be glad to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Save any boxes and packaging materials as the carrier may not pay claims without first inspecting them.

Missing Parts

Please open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you believe you are missing a part, call us immediately. If a part is missing and you notify us within 10 days, we'll ship it to you at our cost by the same method as your original order.

Incorrect Parts

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you believe it contains an incorrect part, call us immediately. If a part is incorrect and you notify us within 10 days and return the part unused in its original factory condition per our instructions together with a copy of the original invoice, we'll ship you the correct part by the same method as your original order. We will pay freight both ways. Please also see our Returns Policy.

Miscellaneous

Express shipping is available at an additional cost and by special arrangement. Please call to arrange for expedited shipping. We reserve the right to change prices, terms, specifications and other information without notice.
